Nothing of much interest here. Just a wine made from 100 year-old Listan Blanco vines on their own original rootstock at an altitude of 1,687 metres above sea level, making it the highest vineyard in Europe. You know, the usual. The aromas are rich in citrus, quince and wet stone, while the palate is subtly expressive with sliced pear, white pepper and lemon pith that are carried along with great energy and old vine intensity. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in 1500 litre foudres. 12.5% alc. Drink now-2028.
