It’s funny how many people still think of Riesling is an exclusively off-dry or sweet white wine, especially when wines like this exist, which is as dry as a bedouin’s umbrella. It has gorgeous aromas of lime, wet slate, nectarine and grapefruit. There is plenty of ripe fruit concentration, but it’s fermented fully dry. 13% alc. Drink now-2030.
