An elegant white, very demure, very mindful. That will only make sense if you are under 18, in which case you shouldn't be buying wine. It's made from the Verdil grape and has quite a lot going on aromatically-speaking, but it's all well contained within a tight flavour spectrum, like a classy mood-board. It's mostly white- and green-fleshed fruits, but there is a Viognier-like honeysuckle top-note, as well as lemon oil, meadow herbs and key lime pie. Very demure, very mindful. 12% alc. Álvaro de Nieves Toledo from Bodegas Enguera says: "Verdil can give subtle aromas; we are harvesting it quite late, and it loses its green characteristics and gives floral, cinnamon and honey notes. Generally speaking it gives refreshing wines which are quite green and vivid."
