It’s a zippy blend of two Greek varieties and is delicately aromatic, thanks to the Malagousia, yet with a brightness that’s as dazzling as the Aegean Sea on a summer morning, thanks to the Xinomavro. Early-picked grapes bring freshness and floral overtones, as well as a crisp acidity that would work really well with oysters or a pint of prawns.
