This is the sort of 'topped-up' Jura white that we love; a little bit like white Burgundy, a little bit unlike white Burgundy, leading with yellow citrus, plus a dash of white peach, a curl of white butter, a lick of salt and a spark of flint, which leaves its fingerprint on the wine and gives it a real sense of place. 13% alc. The vineyards are going to be certified organic from the 2023 vintage.
